for preparing and recommendations for use of the herbal elixirs
Magic herbal elixirs, which made the concubine of Wu
Zhao the most powerful Chinese woman,
are hiding inside the ancient secrets of female wisdom and power. It was more
than 1,000 years ago when the elixirs led her to the throne of ancient China, and
thanks to her intelligence and erotic aura combined with martial art, she became
the Empress. Her adviser was the sage doctor
Sun Si-miao, the guardian of ancient Chinese herbal art.
The Elixirs
that are listed in the book "The Path of the Empress" reflect ten
important stages of development in a woman's life, open her mind and soul to new
perspectives and ways. Descriptions of the stages explain female power of transformation
and how women can use their power and
sexuality.

DECOCTION
- herb mixture
- liquid decoction in a bag ready for immediate consumption
- travel packaging
- daily dose
The
original form of herb administration is the most efficient, but also the least
appetizing. It is governed by the Confucius statement: "Good medicine
tastes bitter, honest advice grates on
the ear".
The
tea is usually taken in the morning and in the evening. Before use it is
appropriate to immerse the unopened bag in a cup of hot water and heat up to an
acceptable temperature.
It
should not be heated in the microwave!
Remove the heated bag out of the cup, gently hold it into your hand and cut the upper edge. Turn the opened edge of the bag towards a prepared glass and again, cut the upper edge of the bag thus the content of the bag will pour into the glass.
Another way of using the decoction without heating may be that you can pour the bag immediately into a mug and just add a little of hot boiling water so that the decoction is tepid or slightly warm.
Decoctions should not be taken with food, otherwise their effect is reduced when mixed. Drink it for at least 15 minutes before your meal or one hour after. If you cannot drink the tea at once, you can sip it as you go along in several small doses but keep the intervals before or after your meals. If need be, the tea can be flavored with honey, or you can wash it down by juice, ordinary tea or water etc.
Store the bags
with decoction in a dark place at a temperature max 25 ° C. Best before 3
months from the date of manufacture.
Do
not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. The
product does not replace a varied balanced diet.
TABLETS/ GRANULATE
- the dosing is always indicated on the packaging
- travel packaging
- pure herbal extracts only
Tablets
are usually taken in the morning and in the evening 15 minutes before meal or 1
hour after meal.
Granulate - a mixture of dried herbs in granular form - pour hot water over a needed amount of granulate, let it dissolve and drink it pleasantly warm
Do
not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. The
product does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
TANG
- A mixture of dried herbs
- A mixture for cooking in water
- Preparable at home
- A single dose
TANG,
as well as Decoction, is the most efficient when prepared right from herbs but
also the least appetizing. It is governed by the Confucius statement:
"Good medicine tastes bitter, honest
advice grates on the ear".
Empty the content of the herb bag into a container from heat resistant glass. Pour 6 dcl of cold water over the herbs and allow it to steep for 30 minutes to soak the water up. After that, bring it to boil, keep the pot opened to prevent excessive foaming of the tea. After it begins to boil, cover the pot but leave some space to allow the steam to escape and keep it boiling for 20 minutes. Strain the decoction through a plastic sieve. Return the herbs to the container to be ready for the second cooking, and preferable keep it in cold. The procedure is repeated just as the first cooking - simmer it for 30 minutes from the beginning of boiling point. If an additional herb is added to the mixture, there is always an explanation provided on how the herb should to pre-cooked or done.
Decoctions should
not be taken with food, otherwise their effect is reduced when mixed. Drink it
for at least 15 minutes before your meal or one hour after. If you cannot drink
the tea at once, you can sip it as you go along in several small doses but keep
the intervals before or after your meals.
If
need be, the tea can be flavored with honey or sugar cane.
Herbal mixtures
are of purely natural origin and do not contain any chemical ingredients. They
consist mostly of dry parts of plants or minerals.
In the Czech
Republic, its use is approved by the decree of Chief Hygienist of Ministry of
Health under the code HEM-350-1.9.99-31847.
